Homeless in Houston

Hi everyone! I hope you had a great day!  Our family spent our Sunday afternoon with A Simple Thread. Every Sunday these people make kits to help the homeless.  These people are great people! They go to the owners home and make kits for the homeless. After we made the kits we loaded the white truck and daddy’s car and then we drove to the first place, right across from the shelter! I gave out the waters and Addison gave out the oranges and Evan well…  If you want to learn more about it go to www.asimplethread.org  Comment if you like the idea!

DESIREE & MOM, ANOTHER NICE MAN, RICKY, AND JAC (SHE IS THE FOUNDER OF A SIMPLE THREAD)

ARE YOU WONDERING WHAT WE ARE DOING THERE??????????? WELL WE WERE GIVING OUT THE GOODIES  AND KITS TO THE HOMELESS.  While we were passing out the goodies, there was a lady passing by to get her kit.  She came up to me and Addison and said we were so cute.  Then, she asked if she could have a hug.  She said that she probably needed the hug more than we did.  It just touched my heart.  Did you know that someone can get sick from not having enough love and hugs in their life?

After we were done the three of us Wieberg Kids were in the truck, Mom & Dad were still passing out the goodies and kits.  I thought I needed some more pictures.  While the homeless people were enjoying the fresh oranges, I thought I needed a picture of them, so I took a snapshot.  I know it is a little cloudy, hopefully you can be touched in your heart just as I was.

today  mom had to go to work  oh did i tell you that mom had a cist on  the side of her head

so she had to go to the hospital yesterday so now she has stitches on the side of her head

oh i forgot that she had moles popped yesterday to so she had shots and one more stitch

so i am so sorry if i did not have so much post things has been a little crazy

and we got rid of cable so now we have Netflix running  in our WII we can have movies

and we got super Mario brothers  so i get to play that game too on the WII

ok mom is in Missouri and on the other hand my dad and why you ask  is my mom in  Missouri AND IM NOT MY GREAT GRADMA is dead but on the happy side is that we (my whole family) gets to go to Missouri  and it takes two days to get there

we get to stay in a hotel  and we are leaving on the 18 of Nov. but do WORRY I WILL STAY IN TOUCH TO ALL OF YOU  and i am sure that my granny will let me post things on here

creating Halloween decorations

Today Addison,Evan,mom,and I went out to paint a pole for Halloween. I found this idea HERE! 

THESE PICS WILL SHOW HOW IT LOOKED!!!

First mom took apart the signs in the living room  as you can see Evan wanted to help. lol

ADDISON was interested in the spray paint ha ha

Here are the finishing touch (not done yet)

The signs were painted with chalkboard paint so we can write our SPOOKY messages on them!  Then, for other holidays we can paint the pole and write something else on the signs!
